Hi all,

I was made responsible for SCCM and device management for a client recently and have now found many devices to be on Win 10 versions that are not supported anymore (1703 and older). The client is using Win 10 pro OEM keys only which prevented me from updating devices via Task Sequence. Now I want to make sure that I can use the SCCM Servicing functionality to update OEM licensed devices. If this is not possible, what would be the best way to update 50-60 laptops manually - how can I temporarily allow manual updates and reinstate SCCM management again afterwards. This might not be a final solution but highest priority is getting the devices to a supported version to allow for security patches.

Thanks a lot in advance for any input.

I tried manually deploying the update to a test laptop without success. It did work on a VDI with a Win 10 pro license though. The client is short on laptops they are willing to test with so first I would like to make sure servicing generally works with OEM keys.
