SOLVED SCCM failing to download software updates

Hello,

I am trying to download this month's Microsoft patches into SCCM but it seems to be getting stuck on KB4577671.

I've tried using the search criteria to leave Article ID 4577671 out and also have manually downloaded and imported into my software group but it still keeps failing on that one.

I would be grateful if you could suggest anything I can try.

Is that Microsoft Office 365 patches or all updates ?. What version of ConfigMgr are you using ?.
