hey guys
its been a few days that i have had problems with sccm console
i just want to install the console on another windows server 2019 or widows 10 but it doesnt work.
i have had tried lots of solution but the problem still remains.
the sccm machine is windows server 2019 too.

Solution
Keep in mind that the Reg key listed does not apply anymore. You must use packet level e.g. apply all of the outstand SU.
One or both servers is missing SU. Or you do a bing search for the reg key to change. using the error message listed above.

Whats your mean?
Actually i defined two registery keys to disable authentication level on sccm server but its not working.

Hello @rahmani_amin75,
What is the error message you got? Are you able to run the CM console from other remote machines?
In the Hierarchy Settings, what kind of authentication are you using?

hi
CM console opens without any problem locally
but when i installed its console on other machines like windows server or client for using our help desks, it cant connect properly.

What is the error message again?
Refer to the following official documentation which describes the prerequisites to install the CM console.
If you have any firewall, be sure that the following network flows are authorized:
Source: Server with new console >> Destination: SCCM server
  • RPC 135
  • HTTPS 443

i checked all prerequisites to install the CM console and the all ports is open
on client side i see "Access Denied" erorr
and on sccm server , i get this erorr in event viewer "Please raise the activation authentication level"
