Hello guys,
After installing SCCM update 2107, some clients have been unable to download/install apps from Software Center or in required mode via VPN connection.
I have checked the boundaries and such, everything seems to be OK. I have also noticed that the problem occurs whith the new version of the client which has not been promoted in production yet.
Do you guys have any idea how I can work out that issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Prajwal,
A few clients have been updated to the latest version (5.00.9058..1018). That version came with the SCCM update 2107. I attach two screenshots of log files CAS.log along with Clientlocation.log. All the boundaries have been checked.

One thing that is also interesting is that when I uninstalled client version 5.00.9058.1018 and run ccmsetup.exe again (v5.0.9058.1012) I am able to download and install apps afterwards. But as soon as I add my computer to collection 'Pre-Production Client Deployment' then I am no longer able to download/install right after the update installation.

Also, I have just uninstalled the client again and found this in ccmsetup.log :

<![LOG[MP did not find any locations matching with the site version.]LOG]!><time="22:04:23.198-120" date="10-18-2021" component="ccmsetup" context="" type="2" thread="7692" file="siteinfo.cpp:196">

Can it be that the new client is to be deployed over all the environment (DP, etc...) to have it all to work again?

It does not seem to be ad DNS issue since I have been able to telnet MP towards ports 80 and others. As I mentioned I do have the problem with the new version of the client not the previous one.

Prajwal. I think I have found the root cause of my issue. It has been related to our VPN client that was unable to reach the MP. I have reinstalled the client and was able to download/install packages again.
