PENDING SCCM client push error (00000043)

I am having some trouble installing a client.
Client push
I am checking ccm.log and can see that its failing to connect using the system account:
WNetAddConnection2 failed (LOGON32_LOGON_NEW_CREDENTIALS)
WNetAddConnection2 failed (LOGON32_LOGON_NEW_CREDENTIALS) using account CS\sccm-clientpush (00000043)
ERROR: Unable to access target machine for request: "2097152003", machine name: "WKS-LAB-02", access denied or invalid network path.
Execute query exec [sp_CP_SetLastErrorCode] 2097152003, 67
The sccm-clientpush account is added to a localadmin group on the workstation.

Error code 43 (hex) = 67 = The network name cannot be found. Can you do a nslookup and check if you are able to resolve hostname ?. Have a check on DNS entries for that machine as well.

I was able to resolve it by making changes to boundary groups. Client is installing now.
What should be the logic to properly configure design boundary groups? Just by IP's?
