PENDING SCCM Application stuck at 0% on software center

hi ,
hope you are doing good .i'm facing the problem while deploying app v application to client side .on a client side it stucks at 0% in downloading .before i deployed lot of applications successfully and it was working perfectly suddenly i changed my network port for internet problem after that i'm facing this issue but i again change the port to original port and my ip address of the server again change to its orignal ip address but still i can;t deploy app v or any other application kindly do help me , i would be really grateful

still not resolved . when i try to distribute application it showing green signal that its distributed successfully but when we monitor deployment tab it showing grey signal and on client side i can see application in software centre but its not downloading there stucked at 0%.
i deployed lot of applications before with the same settings i install new client with new client setting its showing same problem there as well ...
Kindly do assist me i would be really really grateful .
