I have an SCCM 2012 R2 (RTM) infrastructure composed by 1 CAS, 1 Primary Site and 8 Secondary Site.
I'm thinking about an upgrade but this infrastructure is not working well and there's a lot of garbage left by older system engineers that I don't want to preserve (talking about more than 500 GB of obsolete applications, operating systems, and so on...).
My idea is to build a new and clean SCCM 1702 infrastructure (1 PS and 8 DPs) and to do a migration of services and clients.
I'm not really sure about procedure to do this and the impact in my AD domain. From what I've understood I have to be careful with Boundaries overlap... but from an AD perspective? Is there anything I need to be carefull?
Is there any tech docs I can follow? any suggestion?
