PENDING SCCM 2012 1702 client update problem

Hi all

I update SCCM site to 1702.
But 2 weeks after update there are half of client not updating.
Where is problem ?

Hi, how are you upgrading your client agents ?. Is it through auto client upgrade ?. Unless you examine the log files, there could be many reasons to guess why the upgrade is not happening. From the screenshot, I see 758 in progress and 69 failed.

Yes we have auto update turned ON.
My problem is this 1952 clients.
As I see update works by taskscheduler but in this clients there is no task for update.

And which ones log to view to find problem on client?
I try restart computer, apply machine policy but nothing ...

When you have Automatic Client Upgrade enabled, each client adds a scheduled task called “Configuration Manager Client Upgrade Task”. On the client computer check ccmsetup.log for upgrade. in some time all clients upgrade it self
