hello,
our current SCCM version is as follows:
microsoft system center configuration manager
version 1902
console version 5.1902.1085.1700
site version 5.0.8790.1000

when looking under Admin - Updated and Servicing we see the following:

I was wondering if we need to run the updates 1 at a time or if we can go straight to Config manager 2010?

Many thanks

You can try this :-
1. Upgrade ConfigMgr 1902 to 1910.
2. Upgrade ConfigMgr 1910 to 2010.
Many thanks for that Prajwal, i just have another question if thats ok. To get ahead of the game I have downloaded Windows ADK for Windows 10 version 2004 & corresponding Windows PE add-on for the adk for the sccm 2010 upgrade but have the following question:

After doing the 1902 to 1910 upgrade and making sure everything is ok, should we uninstall the currently installed adk and PE add-on and then install the version 2004 adk and PE before updating 1910 to sccm 2010 or should we go ahead and do the 2010 upgrade and then remove the existing ADK before installing adk version 2004? hope that makes sense.
