PENDING SCCM 1702 WMI Error Invalid Class 0x80041010 fix

Ok folks, here is whats driving me crazy today

CAS: Server 2016 SQL 2016 SCCM 1702 build. Service account, computer account and installing account have SCCM admin access, Local Server Admin and SQL serveradmin

Installing Child Primary Server: Server 2012R2 and 2016 have been tried, SQL 2016 is only SQL that finishes install, Service account, computer account and installing account have SCCM admin access, Local Server Admin and SQL serveradmin

Console will not connect to DB

I run WBEMTEST from this link.

I get an error : Number 0x80041010
Facility WMI
Description : Invalid Class



Also per this link, I made sure SMS admins have the rights needed.
