SOLVED Report builder cannot download the application

When I try to edit the reports on sccm server the report builder is keep failing.

this is a known sql server issue upgrading to the lastest sp/cu should solve this for you.

The browser I use is IE, Firefox and Edge but result are same in all of the browsers.

Thank you for your help. After appling new update to sql 2012 SP4. It start working.
