PENDING REMOVING DEVICE FROM COLLECTION IS GRAY OUT

Can you tell me how to exclude a device from collection that status is gray mode.

If you are talking about the gray x then all it means is that the computer is offline. So why excluded it from the collection?

If it's been added by direct rule then that is most likely the reason, you can remove the rule for that device

It could also be a permission issue i think.
