SOLVED PXE imaged machines not receiving PKI client certificate

I've adopted an issue here where machines we image do not receive the PKI cert. I've attached the logs for a freshly imaged laptop. Our recently imaged machines don't show the company name in Software Center. It'll show the default blue colored theme and it'll say IT Organization. Please let me know if there's anything you see that stands out because I'm not too sure what to do here. I've tried reinstalling the client manually, reinstalling the client via SCCM client push, synchronizing through the Configuration Manager settings (found in control panel) 'Actions' tab.
