PENDING PXE boot - task sequence for OS installation never start.

Upgraded SCCM to 2103 om windows server 2012 R2 (one server only) and enabled HTTPS for client communication (PKI certificat implemented).
Trying to reinstall computers (F12, PCI over IPv4), but task sequence never start, and no logs to find on client computer (F8 enabled).
From SMSPXE.log on DP. Looks like it's a certificat problem, but how to fix it?

Yes I did. Already in place before the upgrade to 2103.
