PENDING PXE boot Connect request failed error

I'm having an issue with SCCM 2016 PXE boot. When i try to test PXE boot using this command: tftp -i ip_address get smsboot\x64\wdsnbp.com, I keep getting "connect request failed." I've turned off the firewall and shared out the smsboot folder on my SCCM server and still get the error message. Any ideas? Thanks

And what do you see if you point it to smsboot\x64\pxeboot.com ?.

I'm getting same error on both wdsnbp.com and pxeboot.com. Any update on this?
