PENDING Problem with clients and reinstall SCCM agent

Good morning,

I am having problems reinstalling some SCCM agents on computers. Some computers stopped connecting to the PS at different points in time, and now I am trying to review them and perform a manual uninstall and a manual reinstall of the agent.

The problem is that the installation of the agent is not done correctly and I have already tried a multitude of things.

I have tried to do the following to uninstall the agent:

And then I reinstall the agent and it always gives me the same error. Is there a cleaner way to uninstall and reinstall? (The push from SCCM does not work because it does not connect)

I don't know what else to try...
