PENDING OSD task sequence: Could not parse or process the unattend answer file

I have been working on this for quite some time and getting nowhere. I have SCCM 2016 1806. I have been pushing out Windows 10 1607 LTSB and Windows 10 1803, but I brought in 1809 and get this error message. I have updated the ADK and PE environment to the 1806 version( compatible to the 1809 Windows 10). I was using the same Unattend.xml, but something has changed. I have recreated the unattend, but I still cannot get this functioning. I have run out of ideas.

Did you update the boot images to DP's ?.

Yes the boot image was updated.
