Is it possible to build On-Premise Bare metal machine from Azure hosted SCCM hierarchy? If yes, please share the supporting documentation?

Why do you think it isn't possible? I'm not sure it is recommend but that is a completely different question.

Thank you Garth. On few forums, it is mentioned that multicast and PXE are not supported in Azure environment.
Could you please point me to a official documentation where SCCM in Azure details are mentioned along with OSD? You mentioned that it may not be recommended, is it because of the amount of data that will be required for building PCs? Client doesnt want to have any infrastructure on-premise here.

Yes, the cost of the traffic might be a ton. However they might be able to get away with a DP on site too. But really they are trading one set of downtime for another. If Azure or the internet goes down.... It is their call.

I'm confused, what is wrong with the docs link. it clearly states that PXE id not supported on Azure VMs.

It is not something I have done nor would I recommend it, as I believe that the cost will be prohibitive.
