SOLVED OS Upgrade, Execution engine result code: Reboot (2) error

Hello everybody,

I have Windows 7 client and I want to upgrade to Windows 10. I created Task Sequence for in-place upgrade. Everything good. Operating system updated. But after restart task sequence does not continue. SMSTS Folder not delete. Does anyone have an idea?

Hello Sam,

The task sequence is as follows.
Virtual disk= sc config vds start=demand
I have 2 language so I use 2 steps on task sequence.
Network Location Awareness Service= net start nlasvc

Under Upgrade Operating System -> Why do I see two steps with Upgrade Operating System and are they different ?.

I have an operating system in two different languages. TR and EN. If operating system language= 1033, Install English ISO. If operating system language = 1055, Install Turkish ISO.

I changed the task sequence by default but still the problem is the same. SMSTS folder is not deleted after restart. Operating system upgrade succesfull.

Hello everybody,
I resolved this problem. My client have OEM key. First I changed the Oem key to KMS. After edit Windows Setup Edition Configuration and Product ID Files. Windows 10 upgrade successful. And Task Sequence continues. Everything good. You can refer to the following link.
