Hello,

I'm facing a strange issue. I have SCCM environment with 2 distribution points. One is primary DP and second one is remote DP. The problem is, that Image deployment doesn't work with UEFI on primary DP, but legacy boot works. On the other hand, remote DP doesn't have any problems at all. They are using the same task sequence, same, images, everything is the same.

Maybe anyone have some suggestions where to look?

Thanks in advance, and sorry if i'm not clear enough.

I haven't got the information about that. I have asked Network guys to check that. But DHCP is set up for BIOS boot, so I imagine that IP helpers are being used.. I will get back , when I received confirmation.

I can confirm, that IP helper is being used. It is configured to reach DHCP server. Option 66/67 is being used.

Hi Prajwal I have an issue with PXE SCCM Version 1806 in the moment of connect to the machine to SCCM PXE this not working and have this error in SMSPXE.log, and was disable DP and deleted the boot image and reconfigure it but not working, please Help me with this issue. the error in smspxe.log is PXE: recvfrom() failed for PXE. 0x80072746.
DHCP have the options configured in it with SMSBoot\x64\wdsmgfw.efi.

If you have configured IP helpers, you don't need to configure option 66 and 67 ?. The clients should talk to local switch and the switch should redirect the requests to WDS server.

Hmm, the issue is solved. Partly though. Advised network guys to change DHCP settings to UEFI only.
For or UEFI devices*
Option 60 = PXEClient
Option 66 = FQDN of SCCM server
Option 67 = smsboot\x64\wdsmgfw.efi

I'm still not sure why it suddenly stopped working. But, most definitely, due to settings being set for LEGACY boot.
