SOLVED Office 365 ADR Error 0x801901A0

Hi
We use three ADRs (Windows Updates and Office). The Windows updates work for clients and servers.
The Office update is visible in the Software Centre and aborts shortly after starting with the error 0x801901A0. This has already been recreated and the error still remains.

We have installed 6 languages and these are also selected in the update process. I can not find any Errors in the CAS.Log

We use version 2211 on a Server 2016

Any ideas?

I did some research and found that this is an common issue encountered while installing M365 app updates. That error code is weird and has no workarounds for it. Please log a case with MS support.
 
Hi all,
Thank you for looking at the problem.
We have now been able to solve the problem. We have updated to version 2309.
At first it didn't work, but once the client also had the new version, the Office update worked.
