SOLVED No or only isolated display of applications in the Software Center and installation not possible

Hello everyone,

We have been experiencing problems with our Microsoft Configuration Manager for a few weeks now.
Initially, it only affected a few clients, but now it affects almost all of them.

1st problem:
Applications that have been assigned to devices are not displayed on the client.
Occasionally, after several hours/days, individual applications are displayed.

2nd problem:
When these are displayed, installation is not possible.
The following message appears: Waiting for changes to be applied.
In some cases, the applications are then suddenly installed after a long wait of >8 hours or the next day.

We have tried many things, but we cannot identify the problem.
Are there any tips on which log files we can look at specifically?
