PENDING Server 2025 OS TS hung until i move the mouse inside the esx console

Hello together,
i has a strange installation issue.
I try to install the latest Citrix VDA Version via SCCM (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citri...arty-vda-deployment-methods/install-vdas-sccm) but in the second step of the installation the TS hung until i move the mouse cursor inside the esx console.
After that the intsllation process windows pops up and the installer continue until the next dll installation and now the steps repeats.



If i switch the os to server 2022 all works perfect so the installer is not the problem it must be related to the server 2025.
Has maybe someone any idea to solve that issue?

We use the lastest Configuration manager version (2503) and we has also updated the boot image. Also does that issue happens outside the WinPEenvironmentit comes after the configuration manager installation in the full os phase.

I also had the same issue. To get around the issue, I created 2 packages. One for the VDA setup exe and one from the contents of the XenDesktopSetup folder on the iso. Create a custom task sequence, 4 steps.

Step 1. Install VDA package with your command line args, include norestart and noresume.
Step 2. Restart.
Step 3. Run the XendesktopSetup.exe from the 2nd package.
Step 4. Restart.
