My clients arent reporting in and are reporting Inactive. I also see the Reporting services point showing critical. I have warnings for SMS_SRS_reporting point, SMS_Site_componment_manager, SMS_MP_CONTROL_Manager, SMS_DATABASE_NOTIFCATION_monitor and SMS_Rest_provider. Looks like SMS agent host service didnt start. Im not sure whats going on. Im on 1906, single server. I could use some help please. Hope all is well out there.

Oddly, now I went back to Site Status and now I dont see Management Point show up at all. If I head over to Servers and Site System Roles, and right click on Management Point, it offers Remove Role. I also took a look at Updates for SCCM and it looks like the 1906 hotfix rollup (KB4517869) update and the 1910 update both show installation failed.

"Property(S): UserExitDialog_Info = The ConfigMgr Management Point setup was cancelled" - When you installed management point role for the first time, was it successful ?. And have you uninstalled and installed MP role anytime ?.

Maybe this is a similar issue?

Ignore that comment as that reply should have gone to other thread. This happens when you are attempting to solve multiple threads :p.

Can you also share the warnings or errors that you see for - SMS_MP_CONTROL_Manager, SMS_DATABASE_NOTIFCATION_monitor and SMS_Rest_provider.

I might need to take a look at your setup to understand more about this issue.

Ok. I went ahead and uninstalled from the console. It disappeared from the Servers and Sites page. Here are what the logs are showing.

I did as you suggested and uninstalled ccm client on the server side according to the article you sent me. I then reinstalled the MP according to your articles and now its showing up witha green check mark in Site Status! Thank you!! The reporting services point is still showing up critical. Here is the text from it below. Where should I look next?

Half way there. I am installing again. Do I need to load the ISO for this or is there media somewhere already?

Edit* I figured it out.

I got around the error above from the comments of the article.

netsh http show urlacl
to get the URLs I needed to unreserved, followed by:
netsh http delete urlacl URL=EXACTURLHERE
to delete the ones I needed to delete

Ok I think I am almost done here, I cannot thank you for your help enough. I still see two criticals in the component status tab in the console and at first I had all green checks in Site Status but now Reporting services point is critical as seen below
