PENDING Language Packs for Windows 11

How do i get the german language pack into the english Windows 21H2 iso / Windows 11 iso
Is there a powershell script to do so?
Can anyone give complete instructions to do so?
I know i can download the language packs from
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/language-packs
i didn't understood the differences of the 10C LXP ISO, 11C LXP ISO etc.
Tell me the correct LXP ISO

I found this information for you:
Open Settings; сlick on Time & Language; сlick on Language; under the "Preferred languages" section; click the Add a language button. Source: Windows Central; search for the new language; select the language package from the result; click the Next button; check the Install language pack option.
