SOLVED Intune - Using exe to MSI conveter

Hi all
Haviong supporting schools, most of our softwares are EXE sadly! Importing EXE to intune i have to provide install and uninstall commands which i am not sure where and how?

Is it generally better to convert EXE to MSI to make it easier? If so can someone reccoemend good exe to msi convertor please?

I tried Advanced installer way long back and it worked well.
