Greetings,
I'm getting this error in ccmexec.log immediately upon clicking on an application in Software Center, yet not for all applications. It appears to be happening to about half of 50+ applications. When the application "Install" button is selected for these instances, another entry is created (if not several immediately) and some apps will install fairly quickly, others will hang for several minutes before running. When there is a delay, returning to the "Applications" Window and back again, it appears that the "Install" button had not been clicked. Some apps are targeting systems, some users. All clients have the same reactions depending on the application.
Config Manager is currently using EHTTP and clients have a valid self-signed cert and are green in the console. I've also checked "Use PKI client certificate...when available". The clients do have valid certs per instruction. The MP web cert is a valid AD PKI cert. Boundaries are IP ranges and AD site. I've tried clearing the client cache, uninstalling/reinstalling the client, switching comms to HTTPS, uninstalling/re-installing the MP, and even restoring the server as far back as three months. Which goes without saying I don't know exactly when it started. I also don't use Application Groups. Loosing hair at this point!
Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks,
Pooty
