NEW Feature update not working on Virtual machiens

Hello all,

we created policy in intune for feature updates and we deployed on 2k computers, 60% of them got upgraded and other machiens if triggred manually will not pu;; down the update.
ALso we noticed none of VM's got the update

Any suggestions?
