NEW Failing to update to 2211 due to .net error

[Skate 1962]

We are trying to update MECM from 2207 to2211. It is failing due to the pre requisite for .net saying it is the wrong version. Currently 4.8 is installed on the server . The ntsvrdis.log is showing .net 4.8 as detected. And SQL query also shows .net 4.8 installed. Any ideas why the pre requisite still shows as failed

Further more MECM Management Insights shows no issue with .Net
