PENDING Failed to send HTTP request Error at WinHttpSendRequest 0x80072efd

Hi,While i am installing sccm client on win 10 machine manually it is not installing and when checking on logs its showing error like
" Failed to send HTTP request .(Error at WinHttpSendRequest 0x80072efd)
GetDPLocations failed with error 0x80072efd
Failed to get client version for sending state messages .Error 0x8004100e

I attached error screenshot image.Please help me to get rid of this issue

0x80072efd = "A connection with the server could not be established" , any security software / device that is blocking the client to talk to MP ?.

In our Infra there is antivirus installed in all machines and there is no issues with other machines except 4 or 5 machines.
