PENDING Failed to request to run a client health evaluation task

In SCCM console \Monitor \ Overview \ client status , the active clients checked failure over 80 percent ,and this is the ccmeval.log that I found .The problem seems to be caused by the defender?
I really need help, please reply when you see, I would appreciate it.
