I am trying to push the client to the server that is hosting my SCCM. These are the errors I am getting. Can anyone explain each one to me?

Failed to read assigned site code from registry. Error code = 0x80070002 ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:25 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

GetADInstallParams failed with 0x87d00215 ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:26 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

Failed to get client version for sending state messages. Error 0x80041010 ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:26 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

Failed to get site version from AD with error 0x87d00215 ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:26 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

Failed to submit event to the Status Agent. Attempting to create pending event. ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:27 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'HCSCCM.CARDIO.CHBOSTON.ORG'. Error 0x87d00215 ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:25:27 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

MP 'HCSCCM.CARDIO.CHBOSTON.ORG' didn't return DP locations for client package with the expected version. Retrying in 30 minutes. ccmsetup 11/11/2019 12:35:27 PM 5872 (0x16F0)

Any help would be great. Thank you all in advance.

Can you share with us a screenshot of your:
  • Boundaries & boundary groups
  • System Status (under Monitoring)

I think the issue might be resolved but I do have a question can you have overlaping boundaries and boundary groups with mutiple SCCM standalone servers. For example we have one SCCM 2012 that just does Windows 7 PCs and we built another one that will just be doing Windows 10. The Windows 7 one will be retired when we completly move over. Also I do have different site codes and I made sure site assigment was not set in the boundaries.

I might be wrong. This is what I am getting now. Less error but still getting some.
1. Failed to read assigned site code from registry. Error code = 0x80070002
2. Failed to connect to machine policy namespace. 0x8004100e
3. Failed to get client version for sending state messages. Error 0x8004100e
4. Failed to connect to machine policy namespace. 0x8004100e ccmsetup 11/14/2019 2:03:26 PM 4184 (0x1058)
5. Failed to connect to machine policy namespace. 0x8004100e
6. Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'http://HCSCCM.CARDIO.CHBOSTON.ORG'. Error 0x87d00215
7. Failed to connect to machine policy namespace. 0x8004100e ccmsetup 11/14/2019 2:03:28 PM 4184 (0x1058)
8. Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'HCSCCM.CARDIO.CHBOSTON.ORG'. Error 0x87d00215 ccmsetup 11/14/2019 2:03:28 PM 4184 (0x1058)
9. Failed to get client version for sending state messages. Error 0x8004100e ccmsetup 11/14/2019 2:03:28 PM 4184 (0x1058)

Then it gives up to do a retry in 10mins

More info to help

My Boundaries is set using Active Directory Site which is Cardiology.
My Boundary Groups is set the same with my site system point to my site. I have Site Assigment unchecked since I have multiple SCCM servers. When I do the client push I pick the site to force it in the last check box of the push.

Site Status everything is coming up with OK
