PENDING Failed to get MDM_ConfigSetting instance, 0x80041013

Hello,
I have issues on a SCCM Failed to get MDM_ConfigSetting instance, 0x80041013.
I have tried looking up the different logs messages that i had and did :
- check the boundaries (ad site + ip range), group boundary with DP referenced.
- repair wmi
- reinstall the client (which doesnt work)
- verify the status of sccm components
- checking different logs on both client and server

Any idea what might be the problem (or the think i checked wrong) ?
