PENDING Failed to create share - SCCMContentLib$ on server SITENAME . Error = 5

So I have been setting up a test server for our school district the last while and on Friday I rebooted the server and noticed a few things

1. No user when logged into the ConfigMgr server can no longer connect to the site, (must connect when logged into another machine to access it)
2. My service account sccmadmin cannot connect to the site at all from any machine.
3. My Primary Distribution point is reporting the wrong Drive letter (it shows letter R when its assigned to drive C) and it is also shows the incorrect drive space available and free space
4. I can no longer distribute content to the distribution point I get the following errors in the distmgr.log file
GetContentLibLocation() failed
CWmi::Connect() failed to connect to \\SITENAME\root\CIMv2. Error = 0x80070005
Failed to create share - SCCMContentLib$ on server SITENAME . Error = 5
Cannot create \\SITENAME\C$\SCCMContentLib, [error code: 1326, error message: The user name or password is incorrect.].
(replaced actual site name with SITENAME)

I have tried removing the DP and readding it and it did not help

Any ideas on what I need to do to get this fixed?

Can you login and check what Antivirus / Security software is installed on this server ?.

We have Endpoint Protection loaded on it

A update on this, I restored my VM server to a working setup, rebuilt the setup had it working as of yesterday, then today I rebooted it. Same issue.

Have you gone through the endpoint protection policies applied to the client machines ?. Why not disable the EPP and try ?
