That appears to be the actual error but given you aren't providing the log file, who knows what's above your snippet.

Error 15 = The device is not ready. Are there any special partitions or drives on that DP?.

Prajwal, can you take a look and tell us what are we missing, same error message on our newly provisioned DP. Drive D: is not valid Error code 15
