PENDING Error 462 The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable

Hi, I am trying to refresh the Software update policy in Client action tool, it's getting Error 462..

Could you please assist me
 
Can you post a screenshot of it ?. Error 466 is typically related to a firewall blocking the connections to server.
 
It's either a Firewall or DNS related issue. May i know what tool are you using to run software update policy ?.
 
Not sure how that tool works, but once again i suggest you check if something is blocking the tool actions.
