PENDING Error 1001 Intune, Windows 365 and Microsoft 365 Services

Hi All,

Anyone getting Error 1001 in Windows 365 cloud pc, outlook, and teams not working Reboot is a workaround for this.

I am seeing some errors reported by users for the Intune portal. But I am not sure about other services. Can you upload the screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Please find the attached Error image.
We did the below troubleshooting as well.
1) Repair Office online.
2)Cleared the AppData files
3)Run the Powershell command as well.

Add-AppxPackage -Register "$env:windir\SystemApps\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -ForceApplicationShutdown

Add-AppxPackage -Register "$env:windir\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\Appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -ForceApplicationShutdown

Hi, I have verified this issue on several environments and I am not noticing anything that you reported. Can you confirm if this is still an issue?

I think this is related to the licenses. Make sure the users have a valid license assigned.

All End users have valid licenses already. This is the authentication issue but we are not able to find it out.
