NEW Edge Management failing to download x86

I'm trying to setup Edge deployment for the first time and getting the famous "Failed to download artifact" error. I tried replacing Install-Edge.ps1 (even though I'm on 2010) as many sites suggest, but that did not resolve the issue. The error message specifies MicrosoftEdgeEnterpriseX64.msi failed, but I can see the MSI for 64-bit in the source folder I specified. There is not a X86 folder.

Has anyone been able to resolve this problem on versions later than 1910?
