SOLVED Download of Office 365 file failed on Configuration Manager 2002

I am adding Microsoft 365 for Enterprise and get the download error (no error code though as attached in the screenshot).



I was following all the steps as outlined at - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/sum/deploy-use/manage-office-365-proplus-updates

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I am having the same issue with 2002.

@vandan - Has the downloaded worked in the past or you are downloading it for the first time. Error= without any error code is difficult to troubleshoot. But let me do some research on this and get back to you.

@mikemcd @Prajwal Desai - I found that our firewall was blocking it. We whitelist it by using the below URL -
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mi...rls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide
