SOLVED Devices not within "View required" for updates and upgrades

Hello all!
We have the configuration manager verison 2207.
I was always updating the office app over Software Library > Office 365 Client Management > Office 365 Updates.
There I checked for the latest update, clicke on "View Required" and then I choosed all devices which I wanted to update and added them into a collection. Later I deployed the update to this collection.
And now I want to bring Office to the 2202 version (Build 14931.20806). And I know some clients which still have the version 2108. But I'm wondering why they don't appear in the list, when I go to "View required" ?!?

The same problem I have also update windows 10 to newer version over "All Windows Feature Updates". It's offering me the feature update which I want to deploy, but when I go to "View required", some clients are not shown.

Any idea why is that happening?

Hi, Check if all the problematic clients machines are same in both Office and Windows update and also check if the clients are sending status message back to site server like application development status. or Login to the machine run all software update Configuration Manager actions to see if that helps to see your expected machine in the list.
Also, please try create collection is query this will be dynamic, instead of selecting the device from Update - 'View Required'
