PENDING Deploy Window 10 1703 failing Windows setup failed code 31

Hi,
I have copied my Windows 10 - 1607 task sequence, and updated the Apply Operating System step to utilize Windows 10 EDU 1703 original installation source.

During OSD, specifically while "Setup Windows and Configuration Manager" is running, it errors out with 0x80004005. I looked at X:\SMTSLog\smsts.log with CMTrace and do not see any errors.

Would anyone be able to help walk me through troubleshooting? The weird thing is, the older version of Windows 10, 1607, works just fine.

SCCM version 1702 hotfix rollup 1 applied, Windows ADK 1703 installed and boot image updated.

It seems that after I closed the error message window, the log file had a few lines added (and was moved to C. Log attached.

"Windows setup failed, code 31" - One of the drivers might be a reason for this. Review Setupact.log file. Also ensure that the driver which is causing Windows Setup to fail at is properly signed.

Thank you for your assistance. I was on vacation, but am back in the office now. I have attached the setupact.log file - I see that it errored out "PnPIBS: Installing driver X:\WINDOWS\INF\oem49.inf ..."

I'm not sure what that driver is, or where to go from here. Thanks again in advance!
