SOLVED Deploy an application

Thanks for your help. I've managed to configure all bits and pieces by following your blog Just need another quick response if you can reply me back on this email.When I deploy an application it comes back with an error "Processing content on site" The source ******* Directory doesn't exist. I have mentioned the full path and If I run that via CMD it works fine. Also the distribution point is coming up with x(error) mark on it

Could you post the screenshot of the error message ?. If the DP status is showing error then get in to the monitoring section and check what are the errors on the DP.
