PENDING Convert SCCM Secondary site Servers to DP

I SCCM 2012 R2, we are trying to implement a plan where to convert all the secondary sites to Distribution points.
I am new to SCCM so not sure how to proceed

Are you sure you want to do that ?. What's the count of client computers this secondary site is managing ?. If you have more than 1000 clients then you might consider keeping secondary site.

Yes i am certain about this, i dont have much clients, its just 50-200 clients per Secondary SIte
