Good morning people.
Okay, someone has already detected an error like this in an http environment where the client does not get the policies and goes offline.

Hi,

Follow the below steps:
  1. Check the ccmsetup.log file to ensure that the client is correctly installed.
  2. In the SCCM client, Actions tab, run the both Machine & User policies retrieval.
  3. Check the ClientLocation.log & LocationServices.log files located in "%WINDIR%\CCM\Logs".
If you can share with us the above files to get more details.

*Unable to contact MP , pls share CCMsetup.log too

*Check the client version , it should match with primary client version

*You can do below step-
try to restart the SMSagenthost service and then initiate policy

Just to check the health of your Management Point, try to access to the following links:
  • http://<ServerName.FQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert
  • http://<ServerName.FQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?MPKEYINFORMATION

Under Monitoring > System Status > Component Status, check if all is green.

Check also the mpcontrol.log file located in "SCCM Install Directory\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs".

Can you please share with us more screenshots/logs to help you?
