SOLVED Component/System Status Errors - Email Alerts

Hello,

Has anyone successfully configured email alerts to go out with Component and/or System status errors? We are trying to automate our daily systems checks using email alerts. Most of our checks can be done via Orion as we don't use SCOM any longer. To date, my attempts to find a solution on this have failed and any guidance would be appreciated.

If you ask me, use a monitoring solution like OpsMgr instead.

I agree with @Prajwal, the best way is to install System Center Operation Manager on your infrastructure then you can install the ConfigMgr Management Pack, you can monitor all system & components status and configure emails alerts.
