SOLVED CM Admin console crashing

Hi,
am getting this crash lately which happens from time to time. log shows this error but i have no idea what it does mean.

[12, PID:13592][02/26/2022 12:33:47] :System.InvalidOperationException
There is an error in XML document (8, 2).
at System.Xml.Serialization.XmlSerializer.Deserialize(XmlReader xmlReader, String encodingStyle, XmlDeserializationEvents events)

any help would be appreciated. (i am running the latest version 2111)

hasnt crashed the past two days so i will do a repair once it does. we had problem running the console when we upgraded to 2111 couple of months ago. so am a little bit hesitent to run an upgrade but will do it once the issue shows up again.
