SOLVED Client failed to download policy - BITS Error

Hello all,
We see in the Monitoring a lot of Clients with the following Message:
-The client failed to download policy. The data transfer service returned "BITS error: '0xE07FDC28' Context: '5'" (-2147024894).
- The client failed to download policy. The data transfer service returned "BITS error: '0xD73FD6B8' Context: '5'" (-2147024894).
- The client failed to download policy. The data transfer service returned "BITS error: '0x6D4FD5C8' Context: '5'" (-2147024894).

What could be the reason...?

I don't know the reason, but restarting the BITS- and the CCMEXEC- service on the affected client solved the problem.
