PENDING Client computer hangs on PXE over IPv4

Have a SCCM Server in one site and my 2 DP has PXE enabled 1 is working just fine. My 2nd DP with PXE enable in a second site clients are unable to image with just hangs on PXE over IPv4. My DHCP Server in the second site has option 66 string value point to the 2 DP FQDN and option 67 pointing to boot\x86\wdsnbp.com

Any advice?

you would need an ip helper in your second site to point to your sccm server

If there are two VLANs that you dealing with, check what @Edy mentioned.
