PENDING change dll files using sccm

I would like to know if SCCM is a good tool to change dll files when any programa related with it is still running

My developer team generate every 3 days a bunch of files.

This bunch of files has DLL files, text files and others

They put them in one folder "FA"on server A.

The same content of folder FA(source) is copied to several servers where the folder FA was created.

If I find in any server that it already has the current files from folder FA, then I dont have to copy the current files in the target folder

I would like to work with configuration manager and automatized this steps

What happens if any dll is in used when I need to replaced it?

Any idea of how automatized it will be appreciated
