Hi all,
My first post! OK, I won't bore you with details, but I am badly overwhelmed and the environment here is poor. I try my best. Back in 2013, I contracted the installation and building of SCCM to help me in my daily tech life. I licensed SCCM and all the necessary client connections to it AND I purchased "Software Assurance".
I run SCCM 2012, and attached is a screenshot of the version. It's original. Never been updated/upgraded/etc... Excuse the foolishness of this question, but can I upgrade this at all? If so, to what? IIRC, R2 came out mere months after my purchase years ago. I never did anything back then.
I know that all sounds silly... I posted my "Intro" in the other forum, but in short, I am a one-man show for a small town in MA. I'm overwhelmed and have never once had an opportunity to truly dive into and learn this very expensive system I have. I'll be asking a lot of questions, most of them stupid, in the coming weeks/months.
Thanks!
CB
